    Can I order parts not listed on your website?

    Yes! If you are looking for any Mazda part or accessory that isn’t listed online, just reach out to us via chat or email and we’ll provide you with a quote.

    Where do you ship from?

    Orders ship from our store in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. If you are local to the area, you can also pick up your order in-store for free. We are located at 2124 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough ON, M1R 3A3, Canada

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes! Mazdashop ships worldwide. You can add your items to cart and receive a shipping estimate for your order during the checkout process.

    Can I make changes to my order?

    If your order has not shipped yet we may be able to update shipping details or modify order items. Contact our support team as soon as possible.

    How can I track my order?

    Tracking numbers will be emailed with your shipping confirmation when your order is sent out. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking numbers to become active. You can also follow the status of your order in your customer account here.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery times may vary. In stock items will ship the same day if the order is placed before 2PM EST. Weekend orders will be processed next business day. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and can vary depending on your location. Please refer to our complete shipping policy here.

    Does this part fit my vehicle?

    If you are unsure of the fitment for your vehicle, please reach out to us (please provide VIN and/or vehicle model information) and a team member can confirm the right part for your Mazda.

    What if I don’t know the name or part I am looking for?

    No worries - contact us and provide a description or picture of the part you are looking for and our team can help look it up for you.

    What if the item I want is out of stock?

    If an item is temporarily unavailable, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product listing and we will contact you as soon as it is available. Alternatively, you can also contact us to request a quote for backordered or special order parts.

    What does Including Installation or Without Installation mean on a part or accessory?

    Mazdashop offers installation services for parts and accessories ordered on our site. If you are local to the Toronto area we can install the parts for you. When placing your order please be sure to select the “Include Installation” option on the product page and a team member will reach out to you to schedule a time for you to bring your vehicle in for the installation. All installations will be done at our dealership located at: 2124 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1R 3A3

    Can I return or exchange a part?

    Please contact us first to initiate a return or exchange. Return inquiries must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
