How do I add it to my order?

When checking out, simply choose Checkout+ in your cart. A small fee will be added to your order total — usually less than the cost of a cup of coffee — to give you peace of mind.

How to File a Claim

We partner with Corso to provide Carbon Offsets and Shipping Protection to our customers. If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here’s how you request a reorder.

Shipping Protection reorders are made easy at reorder.corso.com or by email support@corso.com

You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.

Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
